Your future role on our team
Join BBA as a project assistant and put your expertise to work by actively supporting our technical teams in drafting and revising documents and correspondence.
Working closely with engineers and technicians, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality and consistency of technical deliverables. Your attention to detail and meticulousness will be put to good use every day to ensure content is clear and accurate.

- Revise documents such as specifications, estimates, reports and proposals, and ensure the accuracy of cost tables
- Gather and provide the information necessary to prepare project documents
- Improve text structure and content understanding, such as pointing out ambiguities in certain passages
- Format various documents based on existing templates and standards, including PowerPoint presentations for clients
- Occasionally participate in coordinating internal mandates, such as managing proposals

The experience you bring:
- DCS, DPS or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- At least two years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent ability to revise texts in both English and French
- Proficiency in office software: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe
- Advanced English skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in English-speaking Canadian provinces and internationally; you may need to use English occasionally or daily, depending on current projects
- Advanced French skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in Québec
- Asset: experience in the consulting engineering industry or in any other professional services field
