We’re looking for a reliable, motivated line cook to join our kitchen team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with quality ingredients, takes pride in consistency, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. You’ll primarily be responsible for executing proteins, pastas, and side dishes during service while supporting the rest of the kitchen as needed.
Position Details
- Part-time
- Roughly 2 shifts per week to start
- Shifts are approximately 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Opportunity for additional hours may be available as business needs grow
Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute proteins, pasta dishes, and side stations to a high standard
- Maintain consistency, quality, and attention to detail throughout service
- Complete daily prep and station setup
- Follow recipes, procedures, and food safety standards
- Keep your station organized, clean, and service-ready
- Assist other stations and team members when needed
- Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen culture
Qualifications
- Previous line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen organization
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Dependable, punctual, and team-focused
- Willingness to learn and support all areas of the kitchen
