Shift: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Fuze HR is currently recruiting a Customer Service Representative for a well-established third-party logistics (3PL) organization operating a large distribution facility in Brampton. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced supply chain environment and enjoys working closely with customers, warehouse operations, and transportation teams.

Key Responsibilities
*
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding transportation and warehouse inquiries.
*
Process customer orders and maintain accurate information within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
*
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with transportation providers and warehouse personnel.
*
Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
*
Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies, delays, shortages, or service-related concerns.
*
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
*
Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.
*
Work collaboratively with Operations, Dispatch, Warehouse, and Billing teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
*
Support service level agreements (SLAs) by ensuring timely communication and accurate order processing.
*
Prepare reports and assist with tracking operational performance metrics.
*
Contribute to process improvements and maintain compliance with company health and safety standards.
Qualifications
*
Previous experience in customer service within a logistics, transportation, warehousing, or 3PL environment is strongly preferred.
*
Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or transportation software is considered an asset.
*
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
*
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
*
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
*
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
*
Professional, customer-first attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
