We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes, including handling reservations and payments.
- Answer phone calls promptly, providing information about the hotel services and responding to guest inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using hotel management software.
- Assist guests with special requests, concerns, or complaints, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
- Provide local area information, recommendations, and directions to enhance the guest experience.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality with a focus on guest services.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with guests.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software.
