Senior Exercise Instructor (Part-Time)

Location: Orleans Area
Hours: Approx. 20 hours/week
About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and reliable instructor to teach group exercise classes to seniors at retirement homes and community centres in the Orleans area. Classes focus on gentle strength, balance, and mobility to help older adults stay active and independent.

Requirements:
Experience or certification in leading fitness classes for older adults.
Punctual, caring, and excellent communication skills.
Reliable transportation to get to locations in Orleans. (Having your own vehicle is useful but not required!)
