Develop 2D/3D part models using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar
Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for milling and turning operations
Perform toolpath programming, fixture design, and machine setup support
Select cutting tools, feeds, speeds, and machining strategies to maximize efficiency
Support production troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
Reduce cycle times and material waste while maintaining quality standards
Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and customer specifications
Assist with first article inspections and process validation
Maintain documentation for programs, setups, and machining processes
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams
7+ years of hands-on CAD/CAM and CNC programming experience
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
Strong knowledge of CNC milling and turning (3, 4 & 5-axis preferred)
Proficiency in Mastercam, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar CAM systems
Solid understanding of GD&T, blueprints, and machining tolerances
Experience in automotive, aerospace, or precision machining environments
Ability to work independently and lead machining improvements
Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
