Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Retread Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, tire retreading, and mechanical maintenance. This role involves working with various tools and equipment to ensure high-quality tire retreading services, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining safety standards. Responsibilities
- Perform tire retreading processes including casing inspection, buffing, tread application, and curing.
- Use hand tools and power tools to prepare tires and apply retread materials accurately.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on tire retreading machinery and equipment.
- Inspect tires thoroughly for defects or damage to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures during tire handling and machinery operation.
- Manage inventory of retread materials and tools, ensuring proper stock levels.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in tire repair environments, specifically with tire retreading is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely as part of daily duties.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of tire industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures is desirable.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
