Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales, Marketing, and Administrative Assistant to join our company.
This role includes in-person door-to-door business marketing, client outreach, candidate coordination, and daily administrative support.
The ideal candidate will be confident, professional, comfortable speaking with businesses in person, and able to support office operations, emails, phone calls, data entry, and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Comfortable doing in-person door-to-door business marketing
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquetteConfident, presentable, and comfortable speaking with business owners, managers, and HR staff
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, customer service, administration, or a related role is an asset
- Basic computer skills with familiarity in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, and data entry tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow daily goals and instructions
- Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail for managing files, updating records, and preparing simple documents
- Prior experience in staffing, recruitment, or employment agency work is an asset but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Duties
- Visit businesses in person to introduce our staffing services and drop off company information
- Speak professionally with managers, supervisors, HR staff, or reception staff
- Assist with sales support activities, including client follow-up, data entry, and outreach tracking
- Support marketing efforts by helping with promotional materials, email campaigns, and business outreach
- Make phone calls and send emails to potential clients regarding staffing needs
- Maintain organized client and candidate records digitally and physically Assist with recruiting, screening, and employee coordination when needed
- Perform clerical tasks including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and preparing daily updates
- Provide professional customer service by responding to client and candidate inquiries promptly
- Help schedule appointments, interviews, and follow-ups
- Complete basic administrative tasks and support general office operations as assigned
Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
