We are seeking a dedicated Residential Cleaner to join our team and provide exceptional cleaning services to our clients' homes. This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in residential settings, ensuring customer satisfaction through attention to detail and professionalism. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be reliable, and have a passion for creating clean, welcoming environments.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning to ensure all areas meet quality standards
- Laundry and linen changing as needed to maintain household order
- Organize and declutter spaces to promote a tidy environment
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively
- Communicate with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled appointments within designated timeframes
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy when interacting with clients during service visits
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English.
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities
- Ability to perform light to medium physical tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Basic cooking skills are a bonus but not essential
- Reliable transportation is preferred for timely arrival at client locations
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
