Production Specialist – Embroidery and Heat Transfer
Location: Calgary, AB | Full-Time
Adrenalin Group, a division of Adrenalin Source for Sports, is looking for experienced Production Specialists who takes pride in precision, quality, and getting the details right.

What You’ll Own:
Production & Decoration
- Set up and operate embroidery and heat transfer equipment
- Run high-quality embroidery, heat transfers, patches, and logo applications
- Adjust thread colors, backing, placements, and artwork for accurate production
- Inspect every job for quality, consistency, and durability
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and help keep production running smoothly
- Manage workflow priorities to hit production deadlines
Quality & Accuracy
- Review work orders and verify garments, artwork placement, colors, and quantities
- Catch and correct errors before orders leave production
- Package completed jobs accurately and professionally
- Take pride in delivering work you would put your name on
Team & Warehouse Support
- When production slows, you’ll jump in to support:
- Picking, packing, and shipping orders
- Receiving and organizing incoming inventory
- Folding, sorting, labeling, and fulfillment tasks
- Maintaining an organized, efficient production and warehouse environment

Preferred Experience:
- 2+ years operating embroidery and/or heat transfer equipment
- Experience in apparel decoration, textiles, or promotional products
- Familiarity with multi-head embroidery machines an asset
- Shipping/receiving or warehouse experience is a bonus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow production specs and artwork layouts
- Basic computer comfort for machine interfaces and job tracking
- Able to lift 40–50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
