Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. This role offers an opportunity to provide exceptional therapeutic massage services in a welcoming environment. The position operates on a 70% therapist and 30% clinic split, allowing for flexible scheduling and growth within our practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a solid understanding of medical terminology to effectively assess and address client needs.
Duties
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including relaxation, therapeutic, and injury rehabilitation techniques.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, documenting treatment plans and progress.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness strategies to enhance results.
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas in accordance with health regulations.
- Schedule appointments efficiently while providing outstanding customer service.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and explain treatment options clearly.
- Stay current with industry best practices and participate in ongoing professional development.
Experience
- Valid licensure as a Registered Massage Therapist with appropriate licensing authorities.
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for new graduates.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.

Pay: $59.65-$101.08 per hour
