Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lower Technician to join our team, a fast-paced and customer-focused lube shop. As a Lower Tech, you'll play a critical role in ensuring vehicles receive high-quality maintenance and services. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone passionate about cars and looking to grow in the automotive service industry.
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes and routine vehicle maintenance from the underside of vehicles
- Drain engine oil and replace oil filters
- Inspect and service fluid levels (transmission, differential, brake, coolant)
- Assist upper bay techs with tasks as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and shop supervisors
Skills
- Mechanical aptitude or interest in automotive maintenance a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
