Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and personable Aesthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare treatments, facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, nail extensions, and more. The Aesthetician will also assist with retail sales, and guest services to ensure a memorable experience for every visitor. Strong skills in nails, bonus if you’re trained in nail extensions. We can train you in any services listed above if you’re not already trained.
Duties
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions.
- Provide nail care services such as manicures and pedicures. Bonus if you can do extensions.
- Deliver exceptional guest services by listening to client needs and offering personalized recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all treatments and work areas.
- Assist clients with retail product selections and conduct product demos to promote skincare lines.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction and increase retail sales.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, check-ins, and answering guest inquiries.
- Ensure the treatment rooms are clean, organized, and prepared for each appointment.
- Stay current on industry trends and new treatment techniques through ongoing education.

Requirements
- Valid state licensure as an Aesthetician or Esthetician.
- Evenings and weekends must be available.
- Passion for the beauty industry with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- This position is commission based, commission will be calculated based on knowledge.
