We manage projects from construction to property management encompassing a complete design/build. Our work ranges from the management and development of complete new builds, refurbishments and fit-outs for Companies.
We’re looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing real estate team. This is a dynamic role that combines marketing, client engagement, administrative coordination, and sales support.
Sales & Client Relations
- Reach out to warm and cold leads from our company database.
- Build strong relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Qualify buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Schedule appointments for our Sales Representatives at the model home.
- Professionally welcome and assist walk-in clients and scheduled appointments.
- Maintain accurate client information and notes within our CRM.
- Meet daily outreach goals and performance targets.
- Occasional travel to vendors, events, and other business related locations as required.
Marketing & Social Media
- Manage and grow our social media presence.
- Create engaging content, photos, videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Assist with brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms.
- Support community events, open houses, and promotional activities.
Team Support
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day sales and marketing initiatives.
- Help improve lead conversion strategies through collaboration and feedback.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming experience for every client interaction.

- Prior experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or real estate is preferred but not required.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset).
- Available to work weekends and attend occasional events when required.
