Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their inquiries.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing the customer experience.
- Utilize your knowledge of technology sales to recommend products that meet customer needs effectively.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Manage cash handling procedures accurately, including processing transactions through the POS system.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandising display to attract customers.
- Handle customer inquiries over the phone with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
- Utilize strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is preferred; multilingual candidates are highly valued.
- Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales is desirable.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Familiarity with merchandising principles and practices.
- Ability to demonstrate organizational skills in managing inventory and store displays.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
