Job Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support the Peninsula Estates Housing Society (PEHS) operations with day-to-day administration.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, Public Administration, Housing Management, Property Management, or a related field.
- An equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and directly related experience may be considered.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of progressively responsible administrative coordination experience.
- Experience in a non-profit, affordable housing, property management, community social services, or public sector environment is preferred.
- Experience supporting operational administration, tenant service, compliance, records management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination functions.
- Experience coordinating or overseeing front desk/reception functions, including customer service, inquiry management, visitor support, and administrative workflow coordination.
- Experience working with confidential information and maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
- Well organised with excellent time management skills
- Preferred knowledge of the community living sector and experience in social housing;
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills;
- Well-developed planning, organizing, coordinating and administrative skills;
- Daily access to and use of a personal vehicle suitable for transporting the person and program participants within the Lower Mainland of BC;
- A clean and current Criminal Record Check and up to date First Aid and CPR Certification; and
- A strong desire to function as part of the staff team.

Pay: $54,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
