- Working hours availability must be 8:30 am - 7:30pm Monday - Friday, Saturday 9:30am - 5:30pm, Sunday 9:30am - 5:30pm.
Sales Associate Duties and Responsibilities
- Through questioning, gain an understanding of a person's conditions and goals.
- Qualify clients for the proper supplements to meet their goal(s).
- Present products to clients that aid them in attaining their goal(s).
- Gain a strong knowledge of the supplements we offer in our store.
- Clean, organise, and build sales displays. Ship/ receive inventory, and cycle count stock.
- Operate point of sale and inventory control software.
- Be proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
- On a daily basis, execute checklists which ensure the necessary day to day tasks are completed.
- Provide a copy of your completed Occupational Health and Safety Awareness Training Certificate.
Qualifications and Skills
A minimum of 2 years customer and/or sales experience.
Being health-minded and having a desire to help people.
Experience in the service industry would be extremely beneficial.
Having a valid Ontario drivers licence and owning a vehicle to be able to execute external tasks is necessary.
Energetic, open minded, enthusiastic, motivated and a strong willingness to learn are attributes. We are seeking only individuals wanting to be lead not managed.
