Selby Services is looking for a hard-working, reliable person to join our excavation crew!
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience around excavators and construction equipment
- Is comfortable working outdoors and in all weather
- High attention to safety and quality of work
- Shows up on time and works hard
- Can work independently and as part of a crew
- Has a valid driver’s licence
- Experience with excavation, grading, water/sewer, and site work is an asset
- Competitive compensation based on experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Operating excavators and other heavy equipment
- Residential excavation, septic installations, drainage and property work
- Loading trucks, grading and general site work
- Performing daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Helping with general labour when needed
- Keeping job sites safe, clean and organized
Experience operating equipment is a strong asset, but the right attitude and willingness to learn matter most. We’re a growing local excavation company looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a hardworking, adaptable team.
