We are seeking a career-oriented and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. All applicants must have previous kitchen leadership experience in high-volume restaurant(s), and be willing to cultivate a team-oriented environment.
As a Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in the operation of our kitchen. You will work in a team environment and be responsible for day-to-day operations including: developing and executing recipes, training and mentoring new staff members, placing and receiving orders and adhering to all safety regulations and policies.
The ideal deal candidate will possess great leadership skills, minimum 5-years of experience Italian cuisine, excellent organizational qualities and attention to detail.
