Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts
- Work on incoming leads, nurturing them, understanding the client’s requirements and guiding them the right program.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's client base and increase sales revenues.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to foster long-term collaborations
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions effectively
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support business development initiatives
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiations tailored to client needs
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure seamless delivery of solutions aligned with client expectations
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a track record of successful deal closures
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at various levels
- Excellent project management capabilities to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and digital outreach methods
- Proficiency in CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines
- Familiarity with customer relationship management best practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic insights for growth opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory depending on experience
The ideal candidate must have knowledge of Immigration and International Student Life Cycle in Canada.
