Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Full-Time Crew Member to join our team in providing exceptional food service. Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
- Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly, efficient service
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage cash register operations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
- Assist with food safety procedures and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Assist in food prep
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely order completion during busy periods
- Support team members in various restaurant functions as needed
Skills
- Prior food service experience preferred, including restaurant or food industry roles
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS and cash handling skills
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards
- Ability to perform basic math for transactions and inventory management
- Experience with sanitation procedures and kitchen safety protocols
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Basic understanding of upselling techniques to increase sales opportunities
