Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors requiring specialized care such as dementia and home care environments.
Location:
We are currently looking for Cantonese caregiver that reside in Calgary NW, preferably Sage Hill
Duties:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor client health status
- Prepare meals according to customers' needs and preferences
- Offer companionship and engage clients in routine activities
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks
- Support clients with daily living activities while promoting independence
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in home care or caregiving roles is a plus
- Reliable transportation (own vehicle required for commuting and potential errands).
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Language Requirement: Cantonese
