Job Summary
Ricky's All Day Grill in St. Albert is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Part-Time Evening Serverto join our team. As a server, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional dining experience by providing outstanding customer service, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests feel welcome throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve meals and beverages while ensuring high standards of presentation and service.
- Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address guest requests or concerns.
- Process payments accurately using the restaurant POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, server stations, and beverage stations.
- Assist with setting up and closing dining areas for evening service.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Upsell menu items, beverages, and desserts when appropriate.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily features, and promotions.
- Support fellow team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Qualifications
- Previous serving or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- ProServe Certification (or willingness to obtain) is an asset.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
