The challenges that await you
Under the authority of the immediate supervisor, you coordinate the various programs, initiatives, and activities under your responsibility related to the enhancement of heritage, particularly real estate. In this capacity, you ensure optimal use of the human, material, and financial resources allocated to you.
The ideal profile for us
- Hold a bachelor's degree in recreation, culture and tourism, or in cultural animation and research, or any other relevant field for the position. A degree related to built heritage would be an asset;
- Have four (4) years of relevant work experience in the enhancement of real estate heritage, writing action plans, frameworks, policies, and their integration within a governmental body, etc.;
- Demonstrate good analytical, synthesis, and writing skills;
- Have experience in consultation and mobilization of partners;
- Have a good command of project management;
- Knowledge of religious heritage would be an asset
- Be able to create and maintain networks of partners.
