Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our retail location. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of retail management. This role involves supervising staff, managing store functions, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and friendly environment for customers and employees alike. Bilingual skills and prior supervisory experience are highly valued to support diverse customer needs and team development.
Duties
- Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
- Assign sales workers to duties
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Establish work schedules
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
- Manage cash
- Conduct performance reviews
