Daily Performance Expectations
- Respond promptly to inbound sales opportunities and customer inquiries Follow up on open quotations and pending opportunities Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities Build long-term customer relationships Manage customer accounts from inquiry through order completion Maintain CRM notes and account records Prepare quotations, invoices and work orders accurately Coordinate with logistics, purchasing and management teams Deliver professional customer service by phone, email and in person

Required Experience
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated sales success Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Experience managing customer relationships from inquiry to completed sale CRM and Microsoft Office experience

Schedule
Week 1:Monday–Friday | 09:00 a.m. – 06:00 p.m. Saturday, Sunday-off.
Week 2:Monday 09:00a.m. – 06:00p.m.Tuesday 09:00 a.m. –06:00 p.m.Wednesday OFF Thursday 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Friday 09:00 a.m. – 06:00 p.m. Saturday 09:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Rotating Saturdays Required
Compensation
$22.00–$25.00/hour + Commission + Performance Bonuses. Expected First-Year Earnings: $50,000–$70,000 annually.
