At Evoked, we create products people get excited about. We're looking for a Production & Sales Team Member who enjoys working with Photoshop, producing high-quality products, and helping customers bring their ideas to life.
This isn't an agency or conceptual graphic design position. It's perfect for someone who enjoys using design skills in a structured, fast-paced production environment where accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork matter.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and adjust customer artwork in Adobe Photoshop
- Set up production-ready files using established templates and specifications
- Produce and assemble products in our studio
- Inspect finished work to ensure exceptional quality
- Help customers with artwork questions and order details
- Keep production organized and on schedule
- Work alongside the team to meet daily deadlines
- Learn and safely operate production equipment (training provided)
You're a Great Fit If You...
- Have experience with Adobe Photoshop (an asset, but not a requirement)
- Enjoy structured, detail-oriented work
- Can work quickly without sacrificing quality
- Take pride in being organized and dependable
- Stay calm when priorities change
- Like both computer-based work and hands-on production
- Have a positive, team-first attitude
Retail or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
What Matters Most to Us
While Photoshop experience is definitely an asset, we hire for attitude first. We'd rather train someone who is motivated, dependable, eager to learn, and takes pride in their work than hire someone with years of experience but little drive.
Software can be taught. A strong work ethic, accountability, and a willingness to jump in and help the team are much harder to find.
