Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to provide support with quotations, payroll, health & safety, on site operations, & customer relations. Based out of our Calgary office, you will oversee abatement projects from planning through completion, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Quotations, project estimating, & budget management
- Coordinating operations with Supervisors;
- Customer Relationships/Business Development
- Coordination of purchase orders with suppliers/subcontractors;
- Health & Safety maintenance and management;
- Checking & Submitting Payroll when received from supervisor; and
- Creating cash-flow and estimating projection spreadsheets, (Projections & Actuals) Word and PDF documents.

Candidate Requirements
- Must have a minimum 3 years hands-on experience project management remediation of hazardous materials, i.e. asbestos, lead, mould, PCB, mercury, biohazard, etc. including operations management, project costing and site coordination.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management/estimating software.
- Valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract.
- CSA approved steel toe boots. All other PPE is provided.
- A valid “Occupational Health and Safety for the Asbestos Worker” ticket, issued by Alberta Government. Other safety accreditation is preferred.
- First Aid certification
