We’re hiring an experienced Concrete Finisher / Former to join our crew in Hamilton and surrounding areas.
Reinforced Concrete is a family-owned company with steady residential, commercial, and industrial projects year-round.
What you’ll do:
- Form, pour, and finish concrete
- Set and strip formwork (footings, slabs, foundation walls)
- Screeding, troweling, and finishing (broom, smooth, stamped, exposed aggregate)
- Assist with site prep and general labour
- Operate equipment (skid steer / excavator – asset)
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years concrete experience
- Strong finishing + forming skills
- Valid G licence (required)
- Reliable and able to handle physical work
Pay & Perks:
- $30–$40/hr (based on experience)
