We are seeking results oriented, sales-driven Inside Sales Representative / Customer Service with 1 year of demonstrated successful sales experience to help continue our growth and to be part of a fun and dynamic company.
Position Overview
A multi-functional role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong work ethic, who understands the sale process from cold-calling, prospecting opening and managing accounts and the importance of building strong customer relationships.
Strong English communication skills and organizational skills are essential, as this role involves daily interaction with customers and internal teams.
Inside Sales (Primary Focus) & Customer Service
- Sales & business growth through Prospecting & Sales Development
- Strong comfort level with cold calling and high outbound call volumes
- Manage inbound sales calls and emails from our online E-Commerce platform
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Support & assist with pricing, orders, and customer communication
Office Coordination & Administration
- Familiar with CRM (Customer Contact Management Applications)
- Enter & manage and tracking orders, invoices.
- Coordinate communications between sales, management and delivery drivers
- Communicate with vendors

Qualifications/ What you have:
- Preferred Post Secondary Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing
- Comfortable on the phone and confident making sales calls
- 1 year of proven experience in inside sales, customer service & office administration
- Proven aptitude for identifying and closing new business over the phone, over email
- Working knowledge of CRM applications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- High attention to detail, action-oriented, results oriented, enthusiastic personality
- Bilingualism is an asset
- Experience in the office consumables is a strong asset
Key Responsibilities (Working with our Vendor Partners)
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead sourcing
- Research and identify key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations
- Build and maintain strong relationships through consistent follow-up
- Schedule and coordinate business appointments
- Maintain and update prospect data within the sales database
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into paying customers
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Manage client expectations and respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner

Renumeration: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 + Commissions (Based on Experience)
Salary range considers direct industry experience, proven & demonstrated sales experience.
