On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Manager, Marketing Transformation for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Senior Manager, Marketing Transformation - Job Description:
The Senior Manager, Marketing Transformation is accountable for supporting the successful delivery of an enterprise-wide Marketing Modernization & Transformation program. This role involves leading the CX Modernization workstream and overseeing four Marketing Transformation workstreams, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and delivery against defined milestones.
Senior Manager, Marketing Transformation - Responsibilities:
- Drive and manage integrated program planning across interdependent initiatives
- Own and manage governance forums including Executive SteerCo and working groups
- Develop high-quality executive materials and presentations for SVP/EVP-level stakeholders
- Establish and operate a disciplined Program Management Office (PMO)
- Implement standardized dashboards and reporting for program transparency
- Lead the preparation and submission of business cases
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across various departments
- Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance program delivery
- Prepare and present regular, high-quality project updates and executive briefings
Senior Manager, Marketing Transformation - Mandatory Skills:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience managing complex projects and programs
- Proven experience supporting senior executive stakeholders with presentations
- Hands-on experience with enterprise work management tools and AI-enabled tools
- Strong business case development skills
Senior Manager, Marketing Transformation – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in the financial services industry, especially Scotiabank
- Spanish proficiency
Senior Manager, Marketing Transformation – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension and conversion to full-time employment.
