What You’ll Do
- Set up and take down mall events, displays, and projects (stages, signage, tables, fencing, specialty fixtures, etc.).
- Assist departments and tenants with deliveries, equipment moves, furniture transfers, and internal logistics requests.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, aerial lifts, and power jacks (training provided if needed).
- Support dispatch tasks such as tracking requests, updating calendars, radio communication, and documenting issues.
- Maintain safe work practices and help enforce safety standards.
- Keep storage and back-of-house areas clean, organized, and easy to navigate.
- Work independently while contributing to a positive, accountable team environment.
- Other duties as needed to support mall operations.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in logistics, facilities, warehouse, events, or similar work is an asset — but not required for the right candidate.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and be on your feet for most of the day.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset when interacting with tenants and internal teams.
- Comfortable working a rotating schedule (days, evenings, weekends, holidays, early mornings, and occasional on-call).

- Must be able to pass a basic security clearance.
