Senior Manager, Growth & New Business

Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Growth & New Business will serve as a key growth driver for Brand Momentum, responsible for identifying, generating, qualifying, nurturing, and advancing new business opportunities across all business units. This individual is both a relationship builder and a business orchestrator, someone who can create external opportunities while keeping internal teams aligned and moving them forward.
Success in this role requires a strong balance of business development, relationship building, commercial acumen, and operational discipline. The ideal candidate is highly energetic, naturally curious, and motivated by building meaningful client relationships that lead to long-term partnerships. This is not a passive sales support role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable opening doors, engaging senior decision-makers, building a qualified pipeline, and helping convert market opportunities into measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
New Business Development and Relationship Building
- Identify and pursue net-new business opportunities across Brand Momentum's integrated service offerings.

Build relationships with senior decision-makers and prospective clients

Generate qualified opportunities through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, industry events, direct outreach, and targeted prospecting.

Develop account strategies for priority prospects and secure introductory and discovery meetings.

Consistently work toward established lead-generation, pipeline, and revenue-growth objectives.
Opportunity Development and Conversion
- Lead early-stage client conversations and help move opportunities from initial outreach through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close.

Support pitches, proposals, RFPs, presentations, pricing discussions, and commercial recommendations.

Maintain consistent, thoughtful follow-up to build trust, strengthen relationships, and keep opportunities progressing.
Market Growth and Internal Collaboration
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging client needs to identify target accounts

Recommend account-entry strategies based on market intelligence and client insights.

Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships in partnership with Business Unit Leaders.

Bring together the appropriate internal leaders and subject-matter experts to support active pursuits.

Maintain clear visibility into priority opportunities, next steps, ownership, and expected outcomes.

Keep opportunity and pipeline information current to support effective collaboration, forecasting, and decision-making.
Qualifications and Experience
- 7+ years of experience in business development, agency growth, client partnerships, commercial sales, or a related client-facing growth role.

Demonstrated success generating net-new business, opening doors, and building relationships with senior decision-makers.

Proven ability to identify, qualify, and advance opportunities from initial outreach through proposal, negotiation, and close.

Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to understand client challenges and connect them to relevant solutions.

Experience contributing to pitches, proposals, RFPs, presentations, pricing discussions, and pursuit strategies.

Strong networking, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Highly proactive, resilient, and comfortable working toward ambitious growth and revenue targets.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple relationships and opportunities at once.

Experience within an agency is considered an asset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Compensation: Brand Momentum offers a competitive compensation package that includes: A base salary starting at $90,000, plus a sales incentive
