Job Summary
MYC Media is hiring a Commercial Account Executive for B2B sales in signage, large-format printing, fleet graphics, vehicle wraps, retail displays, installations, and custom commercial projects.
This is a full-cycle sales role. The position includes new business development, assigned opportunities, company-generated leads, existing customer opportunities, dormant accounts, and quote follow-ups.
Assigned leads and accounts are provided during ramp-up. The person hired must be able to follow up properly, manage commercial opportunities, speak with decision-makers, and convert opportunities into approved revenue.
Responsibilities
- Develop new B2B customer relationships
- Follow up on assigned leads and open quotes
- Manage assigned customer and account opportunities
- Reactivate dormant accounts and past customers
- Grow existing customer opportunities where possible
- Speak with business owners, managers, contractors, and decision-makers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Handle objections related to price, timing, scope, and competition
- Attend customer meetings and site visits when required
- Work with estimating, design, production, and installation teams
- Maintain accurate notes, follow-ups, and pipeline records
- Close profitable commercial projects

Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience
- Ability to follow up consistently without being chased
- Comfortable asking customers for decisions and approvals
- Ability to manage multiple open quotes and opportunities
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to learn custom products and project-based selling
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, hands-on business
- Able to explain previous sales results clearly
- Valid driver’s license

- Expects leads without accountability for conversion
- Is looking for a low-pressure sales position
Compensation
$75,000–$95,000 per year, plus quarterly performance bonus.
Bonus is based on sales results, closed revenue, account growth, dormant account reactivation, new business development.
