What You’ll Do
- Support autistic adults 1:1 and in small groups
- Help individuals develop life skills, confidence, and independence
- Deliver personalized programming based on individual goals
- Work both in-centre and out in the community
- Track progress and celebrate achievements
What You Bring
- 1+ year experience working with autistic individuals
- Diploma/degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for inclusion and empowering others
Required:
- Police Check & Intervention Record Check
- First Aid/CPR
- Valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle
Pay & Schedule
- $22.81/hour starting wage
- Monday–Friday | 7.5 hours/day
