About the Role
We are a growing tree service company specializing in full tree removals on residential and commercial properties, including high-risk and technically demanding sites. As we expand our operations, we’re looking for a skilled, safety-conscious climber who takes pride in their craft and is ready to lead by example in the field.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in tree climbing, spurring, and rope rigging
- Proficiency with chainsaws, pole saws, and a variety of hand saws
- Ability to assess risk and make safe, confident decisions at height
- Experience directing and supervising a ground crew
- Valid driver’s licence with the ability to operate an F-550
Your Responsibilities
- Travel to job sites on time and arrive ready to work
- Don all required PPE and safety equipment before beginning any task
- Lead, supervise, and direct ground crew throughout the workday
- Execute tree removals safely and efficiently in residential and commercial settings
- Communicate proactively with the team and management about site conditions
Compensation
Pay is up to $55/hour based on experience and the value you bring to the role. We reward skilled tradespeople fairly the more expertise you bring, the more you’ll earn. There is genuine opportunity to grow with the company beyond this seasonal contract.
