PEAK SUPPORT SERVICES Job Posting for CASUAL & SUMMER STUDENT TERM Community Disability Services Workers
Peak is a not for profit organization with a Lethbridge base that provides supports to people with developmental disabilities, complex behaviours, and addiction support. Unlocking doors in our community for people with disabilities is Peak's main objective. These doorways include programs that aim to improve quality of life through the strengthening of skills.
Within our Day Services, Residential Services & Outreach Programs, Peak is urgently hiring Community Disability Services Workers. You will be empowered to help people with an intellectual disability to reach their personal, professional, and social ambitions in this career.
Program support hours:
Day Services: Services are provided 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of additional weekend hours
Residential Services: Services are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
Outreach/R-Space Services: Services are provided 8:30 am - 8:30 pm, 7 days per week.
To be eligible for Residential Services - evening, overnight and weekend availability is required.
The starting wage is between $19.90 and $20.55 per hour, with additional compensation per hour if you work evenings and weekends! The benefits of working for our agency are:

Requirements are:
- a valid class 5 driver’s license
- confirmation of Vehicle Insurance with $2,000,000 liability coverage.
- a reliable vehicle to use for work purposes
- clean Criminal Record Check
- clean Vulnerable Sector Check
- *Experience with the following is an asset: FASD support, complex/high-risk behaviour support, addictions support
