Job: Bobcat Operator / Telehandler Operator / Labourer

Pay: $26.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

We are currently hiring a Bobcat Operator / Telehandler Operator / Labourer for a long-term construction project in Mississauga, ON.
This position is ideal for someone who has experience operating construction equipment while also being comfortable performing general labour duties as required. The successful candidate will be safety focused, reliable, and willing to assist with a variety of tasks on an active construction site.
- Operate a Bobcat (skid steer) to move materials, debris, and equipment around the site.
- Operate a telehandler to safely load, unload, lift, and transport construction materials and deliveries.
- Perform site cleanup and keep work areas clean and organized.
- Assist with material handling and staging for different trades.
- Transport pallets, construction supplies, and equipment throughout the job site.
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Follow site safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- Assist with general labour tasks and other site-specific duties as assigned.
- Work closely with the site supervisor and other crew members to support daily operations.
- Minimum 2 years of combined experience operating Bobcats, telehandlers, or similar construction equipment.
- Previous experience working on active construction sites.
- Ability to perform general labour duties when equipment operation is not required.
- Strong understanding of safe equipment operation and construction site safety.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- A strong, up-to-date resume demonstrating relevant construction equipment experience is required.
- $26.00 per hour (paid out bi-weekly via direct deposit)
