Overview
We are seeking a friendly, professional Night Auditor and Hotel Front Desk Team member to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to handle multiple guest requests efficiently. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist our diverse clientele and enhance guest experience.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain guest records accurately using hotel management software
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are prepared and issues are resolved swiftly
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage billing inquiries
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling reservations and updating guest information
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette, guest service, and professionalism at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in front desk operations or hospitality preferred; hotel experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Proficiency in multi-line phone systems and basic computer applications
- Knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and hospitality standards
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Professional appearance and positive attitude essential for representing the hotel brand
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Pay: $15.00 per hour
