Kensington's #1 fitness studio is hiring a part-time front desk receptionist!
We are looking for one individual for the shifts: Mondays 2pm- 10pm and alternating Saturdays/Sundays.
The front desk position wears many hats!
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting members in a friendly manner
- Keeping the gym clean and tidy
- Preparing smoothies
- Doing laundry
- Touring new members in the club
- Selling memberships
- Calling prospects & answering the phone
- Opening & closing the club
- Contributing to a welcoming and positive environment
What we are looking for in our next team member:
- Passionate about health & fitness, potentially interested in becoming a personal trainer
- Outgoing & responsible
- Have an eye for detail in helping to keep the club immaculately clean
- Interested in developing their sales skills
- Comfortable on the phone
- Able to use spreadsheets and learn new software
- Hard working and looking to go the extra mile in keeping Urban as great of a facility as it is!
