Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and professional Nail Technician/Beauty Therapist to join our beauty team. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Provide body waxing services with attention to client comfort and safety
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols for all tools and work areas to ensure client safety
- Upsell retail products such as nail care items, skincare products, and other beauty accessories to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Assist clients with selecting appropriate treatments and educate them on aftercare routines
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
- Engage in retail sales efforts by promoting products that complement services provided
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Beauty Therapist with relevant certifications or licenses
- Knowledge of body waxing techniques and best practices
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to uphold high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all treatments
- Skilled in nail care techniques including polish application, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art design
- Experience in retail sales and upselling products is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
