Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assemble window and door components
- Operation of hand and power tools
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Work as part of a team to meet production targets
- Follow standard operating procedures and use required PPE
- Use initiative and problem-solving skills to support operations
- Follow and uphold company Core Values
Working Conditions:
- Onsite role based at our Richibucto facility
- Monday to Friday shifts with occasional extended hours or possibility of weekend shifts
- Fast paced and hands-on manufacturing setting
- Regular interaction with team members across production departments
Requirements:
- Enthusiastic and willing to work in a team environment
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically capable of lifting materials up to 10 lbs to chest height and pushing or tipping materials up to 20 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
