We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and restoring vehicles to their original condition, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of both the interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and polishing surfaces.
- Vacuum and shampoo upholstery, carpets, and mats to ensure cleanliness and freshness.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to provide clear visibility.
- Apply protective coatings to paintwork and other surfaces as required.
- Inspect vehicles for any damage or issues that need attention and report findings to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns in a professional manner.
- Follow all safety protocols while handling cleaning products and equipment.
Experience
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean effectively while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
