RINX Toronto is a premier sports and entertainment complex featuring four ice rinks and a variety of family-friendly attractions. We specialize in ice hockey programs, birthday parties, school and camp outings, corporate events, and special events throughout the year.
We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Weekend Parking Lot Attendant to assist guests, manage parking operations, and help ensure a safe and organized parking experience.
Responsibilities
- Patrol and monitor the parking lot on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Direct guests to available parking spaces and assist with traffic flow.
- Welcome visitors and provide directions to the appropriate areas within the facility.
- Enforce parking regulations, including issuing parking notices and coordinating the towing of unauthorized vehicles when required.
- Monitor parking lot safety and report any concerns or incidents.
- Provide general administrative and customer service support as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in parking lot operations, traffic control, security, or customer service is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with guests.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and patrol large parking areas throughout the shift.
- Experience working in a sports facility, entertainment venue, hotel, recreation centre, or other customer-facing environment is an asset.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.

- Day shifts (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
