We are looking for an individual to work as a farm labourer on our farm located in Abbotsford, British Columbia.
Job Duties:
`Feed and tend livestock
`Milk Cows
`Operate and maintain farm machinery
`detect disease and health problems in livestock & crops
`examine produce for quality and prepare for market
`Set and monitor water lines, airflow, and temperature in barns
`Clean Barns and barnyards
Working Conditions:
`Work in wet, damp, strong odors, dust, cold environments
`Heavy workloads, stand, bend, crouch, and kneel
`Job is physically demanding, ability to lift weight (50lb) is an asset
Benefits: Accommodation will be available for $30 per week. Relocation expenses will be covered by the emplyer as well as first three months of medical insurance if required
