We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking individual for a construction site in Midland, ON. This position involves maintaining a clean and safe worksite through site clean-up, debris removal, material handling, and general labour duties. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, physically capable, and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Remove garbage, debris, and scrap materials from designated areas
- Move materials around site using a skid steer
- Keep the site clean, organized, and free of hazards
- Assist with basic labour tasks as directed by the site supervisor
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift
- Previous experience in a general labour or construction environment
- Experience operating a skid steer
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Experience with basic clean-up tasks
- Strong awareness of construction-site safety
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Steel-toe boots, hard hat and weather-appropriate clothing required
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Weekly pay. Overtime after 44 hours. Wage $22.00-$25.00 /hr depending on experience.
