Empire CPA is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our firm at our office in North Langley. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering excellent client service as part of our commitment to professional excellence.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Maintain organized filing systems and handle data entry tasks.
- Provide administrative support including document drafting and correspondence.
- Process client payments in person and over the phone. Complete POS updates, payment entries and reconciliations in an accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and kitchen area. This includes the ordering and managing of office and kitchen supplies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably within professional services.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, and data entry.
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor.
Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
