Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering Phones, Taking & Updating Concrete Orders for same day & next day delivery
- Serve as the main point of contact between Ready-Mix Drivers and client personnel.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide customers with updated information regarding their deliveries.
- Handle customer complaints by troubleshooting service and quality related issues.
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office and Google Maps.
- Responsible for communicating with drivers on route and on job sites to ensure schedules are met.
- Alternating Saturday / Sunday Weekend shifts during peak summer months.
- Shift flexibility an asset
- Late morning start 10:00 am

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
