Marketing Manager – Boutique Commercial Real Estate

We’re a brand-new boutique commercial real estate company in Calgary, and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help build our brand from the ground up.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is creative, dynamic, proactive, and entrepreneurial — someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do, thinks on their feet, stays one step ahead, and wants to play a key role in an exciting new venture.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow our social media presence
- Create engaging marketing materials and digital content
- Coordinate signage requests and marketing campaigns
- Prepare listing proposals and presentations
- Assist with property marketing and promotional initiatives
- Handle general marketing administration and coordination
- Help develop and maintain our brand identity
- Identify new ideas and opportunities to improve our marketing efforts
- Work closely with the team to support listings, clients, and business development
- Take on a variety of projects as we grow — no two days will necessarily look the same
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Commercial real estate experience is a strong asset
- A solid understanding of the commercial real estate industry is a huge bonus
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for branding and presentation
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently
- Someone who can move quickly, solve problems, and think on their feet
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, energetic personality with a “let’s figure it out” attitude
- Someone who wants to be part of building something new — not just maintaining the status quo

Pay: $50,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
