Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales/Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This versatile role combines front desk responsibilities, administrative support, and customer service to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with office management tools. Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors professionally at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service
- Manage multi-line phone systems, handle inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Assist with filing, document proofreading, and general clerical tasks to support office operations
- Support bookkeeping activities including basic bookkeeping and record reconciliation
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings for staff and clients
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring client needs are addressed promptly
- Maintain organized office environment, including filing systems and inventory management
- Support medical or dental office functions if applicable, including patient check-in and scheduling
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong computer skills with experience in data entry and office software
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in proofreading and document management
- Effective phone etiquette and communication skills for front desk and customer interactions
- Clerical experience including filing, record keeping, and handling multi-line phone systems
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is highly desirable
- Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a plus but not required
